The Tale of Sir Malice
11 August 2025

In the misty lands of Eldergloom, there lived a knight named Sir Malice, whose armor was as black as midnight and whose reputation was even darker. He was known far and wide for his wicked schemes, and the villagers trembled whenever his name was spoken. Yet, fate had a peculiar sense of humor when it came to Sir Malice’s evil deeds.
One stormy night, Sir Malice crept into the village to poison the well, hoping to bring misery to the people. But as dawn broke, the villagers discovered the water now sparkled with a strange light. To everyone’s amazement, it healed the sick and gave strength to the weary. Sir Malice, hiding in the shadows, could only watch as his plan brought joy instead of sorrow.
Not to be discouraged, Sir Malice plotted to steal the village’s harvest. He sent his bumbling henchmen to gather the crops, but they misunderstood his orders and distributed the food to the poorest families. The villagers celebrated their unexpected bounty, praising the mysterious benefactor, while Sir Malice fumed in his gloomy tower.
Determined to spread fear, Sir Malice unleashed a fearsome dragon upon the land. But the dragon, rather than terrorizing the people, turned out to be gentle and helped plow the fields, making the soil richer than ever before. The villagers welcomed the dragon as a friend, and Sir Malice’s reputation as a villain became even more questionable.
No matter how hard he tried, every evil plan Sir Malice devised ended up helping the people of Eldergloom. Some say the land itself was enchanted, turning darkness into light. Others believed that deep down, Sir Malice’s heart was not as black as his armor. Whatever the truth, the villagers secretly hoped that Sir Malice would never stop his “villainy,” for his mischief always brought them unexpected blessings.
